Review by Mark: We purchased that program back in April 2011. Now it's end of October 2011 and we never got proper data from their system. It works OK in a local network, but as soon as you try to use it in VPN (they confirmed in their documentation that it works fine), you will never get all proper data. We spent tons of hours trying also to contact their tech support (very slow response and frequently no response at all) and in total after few months we gave up. We tested few other monitoring programs and they all worked fine. We asked EAM for refund and try to guess ...they ignored the request. TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THAT SOFTWARE AS THERE ARE OTHER SIMILAR PROGRAMS WHICH WORK JUST FINE !!! (1/5 - 21-Sep-2011)
